Boarding Services
Boarding services include retirement, rehabilitative, full care, and short-term options. Currently, SBF has 11 stalls and 2 run-in sheds providing space for up to 13 horses at any given time. We are adding 2 more stalls in late 2023, which will make room for an additional 2 horses.
Board includes:
- 24/7 in-person care (we live on-site)
- 40 acre field with high quality grass
- High quality hay (throughout the winter and dry months)
- High quality feed and Himalayan salt licks
- Access to plenty of shade when turned out, cover/run-in sheds with fans
- Blanket and fly mask service (blanket and masks provided by client)
- Blanket cleaning and care
- Automatic fly spray system throughout barn
- Scheduled vet and farrier care (at cost of client)
- Administering of supplements and medications
- Ample parking
Pricing:
Retirement Board is $715 per month and includes retirees being turned out in grassy pastures, plus the benefits listed above.
Rehabilitative Board starts at $750 per month and includes the benefits listed above. Pricing for additional care, time, and supplies will vary based on the needs of each horse.
Full Care Board is $1150 per month and includes:
- Benefits listed above
- Individual stall
- Daily grooming
- Bathing
- Tacking up and untacking
- Tack cleaning
- Access to state-of-the-art all-weather GGT riding arena (125′ x 225′), trails, and grass riding field. Jumps provided in the arena.
Short Term Board is $35 per day
Short Term Board + Arena is $60 per day
